Delivery and payment

Delivery with try-on
- For purchases under 5000 AED, delivery will cost 50 AED.
- For purchases from 5000 AED, free same-day courier delivery.
The client can order up to 3 pieces of jewelry for try-on.

Delivery is carried out only within Dubai from 10:00 a.m to 10:00 p.m

In the event that a client cancels the order upon delivery of more than 5,000 AED, a client will reimburse the courier charges in the amount of 50 AED.

Payment
The order can be paid by:
- cash to the courier
- card
- pay via the link on the official website ae.epldiamond.com

Cash paid for courier charges is non-refundable.

Delivery in other countries is carried out on an individual basis after full payment.
