Exchange or Refund

1. Jewellery for exchange within 30 days must be in Original purchase condition and display no evidence of usage.
2. Jewellery can be exchanged only once within the 30 day time period.
3. Exchange or Upgrade of Jewellery is permitted only upon presentation of the original EPL Diamond purchase Invoice or a Proof of Purchase.
4. Verification and valuation of Jewellery for upgrade, exchange, or a refund might take up to 5 working days.
5. Gold jewellery can be exchange either for Gold or Diamond Jewellery.
6. Diamond Jewellery can be upgraded to Diamond Jewellery only.
7. A refund is applicable within 7 days if a manufacturing defect is evident and can’t be repaired or replaced.
8. Any charges incurred by EPL Diamond in the transactions including credit cards will be deductible in the approved refund cases.
9. Jewellery can be exchanged only within the same country of purchase.
